I ordered this from the UK to a friend in Florida. Michael was excellent and worked with my suggestions assuring me they would make my friend feel special on her birthday. They did not disappoint! Delivery was efficient and the basket and flower arrangement were beautiful and even far exceeded what was shown in website pictures. My friend loved it and I highly recommend their services.

Flowers are beautiful. Just like the image but an even nicer vase. They are fresh and smell wonderful! I will order from Naples Floral Design again.

I ordered 3 designs for Mother's Day. One for my wife and 2 for guests I had staying over that were also Mother's. My wife expected something but the other 2 woman were visiting and away from their families. All 3 woman were surprised and had a great Mother's Day. I happen to live about 1500 miles from my mother and I needed to get her a floral arrangement for Mother's Day. Having had dealt with the 800 floral services in the past and seeing the garbage arrangements she has received (of at all) decided to go the local route. Of course not living in the area had me at a disadvantage so I reached out to a high school chum that lives there. She recommended highly Naples Floral Design. Their website made it easy for me to order what I wanted and set the delivery date. They truly delivered in every way. My mother was ecstatic with the Thoughts of You. She sent me a picture and it was exactly as it was on the website. No bait and switch, no overly priced garbage, zero disappointment. Thank you Naples Floral Design!
